In an elegant merge of French, English and Danish words, the owner and curator, Adrien Pastor, is passionately gesticulating while talking about the power of vinyl and all the different sub-genres. Genres and music unkown to most, but life-enhancing to others.

Growing up in Paris and mesmerized by early 90’s hip-hop Adrien was introduced to the world of vinyl through his older brother and mentors. He soon found himself spending most awake hours digging for gold through endless shelves and boxes of vinyls in record stores and flea markets all over Paris. Searching for exactly that rare edition, special mix, ensemble or vibe that would take his musical journey further.

Arriving in Copenhagen following his wife and their love story that began in Paris many years ago, Paname City Records is now located at Nørrebro Copenhagen and has a vivid world wide community online.
